Challenge

Elisa’s headquarters no longer reflected the changes that had taken place in the company’s working culture. Evolving ways of working, new processes, and digitalization needed to be more strongly integrated into the spatial solutions. The design also emphasized interaction—spaces were intended to inspire both organized and spontaneous encounters.

Benefit

In collaboration with Elisa, the Elisa Ideal Work (EIW) workplace concept was developed, incorporating a variety of functional zones. The continuously evolving EIW concept aims to improve employee satisfaction and support business processes—ultimately enhancing both productivity and customer satisfaction. Today, the spaces fully support these goals.

Beyond work content and processes, the company’s values played a strong role in guiding design decisions. These values are woven into each floor, expressed through distinct themes. The themes are reflected in how the spaces function, supported by layout solutions, color schemes, materials, and high-quality furnishings. Each floor has been designed with a unique atmosphere to keep the environment engaging and inspiring for its users.
