Challenge

The workspace café was designed to be a versatile, homey work environment and meeting place for tenants on the same floor.

Benefit

Thanks to careful layout and fixed furniture design, the new workspace café offers both privacy and interaction simultaneously. The space functions flexibly as a lounge for staff, for various events, and as a versatile meeting and gathering area.
