Challenge

The company’s decision to move from the old premises to a new location allowed for a reduction in the overall floor area. The client wanted to implement a clean desk policy and particularly invest in the entrance area and a shared café space, which would serve as a venue for monthly info sessions and other events. This area has indeed proven to be highly popular.

The space required various meeting and working areas suitable for the different work profiles of the company’s experts, offering a serene environment for tasks that require concentration. The goal was to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere where employees would willingly come. The timeline was very tight, so solutions and materials were chosen to ensure operations could commence in the new premises according to the existing schedule.
