The interior architecture solutions reflect the company’s industry and services. An urban pathway traversing the spaces connects work areas and leads further into meeting spaces.

The project was initiated when the lease agreement needed updating, and at the same time, the renovation of the spaces could address the changes in work methods caused by the pandemic.

The interest of the property owner was considered in the design project right from the start, as both the landlord and the tenant benefit from having the space improvements planned with a focus on the tenants’ actual needs and pain points. Enhancing these aspects together aids in building and extending lease agreements.

The negotiation rooms have been designed to evoke a cinematic atmosphere, inspiring and fostering a warm ambiance for client meetings.

The new shared collaborative café space has been designed to be more appealing at reasonable costs, and the facelift has been executed in a cost-effective manner through collaboration with the landlord. 

The modification of the existing space was designed to accommodate hybrid work with sensible costs and a high-quality outcome. Improved acoustics provide a peaceful working environment, and the renovated kitchen invites interactions.

Challenge

The diverse work role-related needs of employees were taken into consideration in the workspace design, ensuring that workstations cater to smooth workflows. Kohina-led project management played a crucial role in harmonizing the situation and needs of both parties – the landlord, i.e., the property owner, and the tenant.

The visual identity of the spaces has been crafted to align with the company’s brand, creating an attractive, memorable location for customers and an enjoyable environment for employees.

Careful inquiries and competitive bidding were conducted, and the project was successfully brought to completion in collaboration with both the landlord and the tenant. The adaptation of the existing space was designed to accommodate hybrid work with sensible costs and a pleasant end result. Through design strategies, improvements were made to promote a peaceful work environment, including adjustments to the acoustics of the spaces.

The office’s location at a public transportation hub and in proximity to services is excellent, and the modern design of the space combined with convenient transportation options creates an ideal setting for a successful work environment.
